Lise Simon has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2025. She holds a Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Business Law from Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow.

She assists companies and their executives with disputes involving professional civil liability, contract law, and corporate law.
Lise also advises French and international groups on their corporate legal transactions.
