Arnaud Péricard Partner

Arnaud Péricard has extensive experience in business litigation, particularly in disputes related to acquisitions, shareholder conflicts, executives and regulated professions’ liability. He has also developed a well-recognized practice in AMF procedures as well as in, business criminal law, and insurance law.

With dual training in International Private Law (Paris II) and Management (Dauphine), Arnaud Péricard began his career in 1996 at Jeantet, before successively joining Rambaud Martel (now Orrick), Moquet Borde (now Paul Hastings), Wilhelm & Associés, and Pech de Laclause – Bathmanabane & Associés.

Founder of Arma, he is regularly distinguished by Chambers, Legal 500, and Décideurs Guide for his work in “Litigation,” complex M&A disputes, and criminal business  law.
Former Chairman of the Criminal Business Law Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Arnaud Péricard is also a member of the Compagnie des Conseils et Experts Financiers (CCEF).
